Secret Clearance, 3+ Years Experience
Support the CBP Office of Finance with financial management policy. You will research new federal laws, OMB guidance, and DHS/CBP directives; draft and update policy documents; coordinate policy working group meetings; and review conference packages for compliance. Requires a bachelor’s degree, strong technical writing skills, and federal financial management or policy experience. A Secret clearance is required, or a CBP background investigation (BI) or DHS reciprocity is accepted, and it must be in place before onboarding. On-site in Washington, DC, with an immediate start.
Business Process Analyst
CBP U.S. Border Patrol, Washington, DC
Secret Clearance, 3-10 Years Experience
Help U.S. Border Patrol improve its land acquisition program for border barrier construction. You will map current workflows, identify bottlenecks, design future-state processes and SOPs, validate acquisition data, and brief findings to leadership. Requires a bachelor’s degree, familiarity with the DHS acquisition process, and experience in process improvement or management consulting. A Secret clearance is required, or a CBP background investigation (BI) or DHS reciprocity is accepted. Must be local to the Washington, DC metro area.
Business Process Analyst
CBP Investment Analysis Office, Washington, DC
Secret Clearance, 3-10 Years Experience
A high-visibility role supporting CBP’s Investment Analysis Office in business process transformation, working directly with Office of Trade executives and other CBP senior leaders. You will gather requirements, assess and document business processes, maintain RAID logs, facilitate status meetings, and produce executive briefings. Requires a bachelor’s degree; SharePoint, Power BI, and Power Apps experience preferred. A Secret clearance is required, or a CBP background investigation (BI) or DHS reciprocity is accepted. On-site in Washington, DC.
Lifecycle Cost Estimator
CBP ACE Program, Hybrid (Washington, DC Metro)
Public Trust, 3+ Years Experience
Support CBP’s Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) program office as it modernizes the nation’s trade processing system. You will develop and maintain lifecycle cost models, from concept through operations and sustainment, to support program planning, budgeting, and decision-making. Requires a bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of cost estimating or financial analysis, and tools such as advanced Excel, ACEIT, or SEER. CBP Public Trust strongly preferred; immediate start.
